Victoria Williams

Victoria Williams, the first African American Woman to carry a product in an Illinois Dispensary (Green Rose Dispensary Downtown Chicago). Victoria Williams is first and only woman of color in the state of Illinois who has accomplished several remarkable milestones in the cannabis industry. She holds the distinction of being the first predominately black group to open a craft grow (October 2022), open a dispensary (Starbuds January 2023) launch a brand (Kaviar February 2023) and sell out in 7days, provide Responsible Vendor Training, Write Cannabis Books, and legally transport cannabis within the state of Illinois. Victoria Williams was instrumental in helping the First social equity infuser, Baked Buds (CannaWerks) launch in the City of Chicago!
